Job Summary

The Library Technician Senior coordinates Interlibrary Loan Borrowing and Document Delivery services for UK Libraries, including request processing, patron communication, document delivery, remote user support, and shipping. This position supports efficient daily operations, delivers responsive patron service, processes invoices and copyright-related payments, ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, and assists with departmental activities, and special projects.
