WHAT YOU WILL DO
This role involves maintaining the laboratory by cleaning, monitoring, and ordering supplies, as well as operating, maintaining, and calibrating lab equipment. It includes receiving and processing research and GMP cells, tissues, and samples according to established SOPs, while ensuring full compliance with SOP, GLP, and GMP requirements through accurate documentation, quality checks, and completion of Certificates of Analysis. The position also supports technology and assay transfers by assisting with validation activities and updating SOPs, batch records, and related documents, as well as investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Additionally, the role provides project and customer support by independently managing assigned tasks, coordinating process updates, assisting with production improvements, communicating with internal and external partners, performing on-call donor screening, and ensuring proper coordination of processing activities across the team.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 2 years related work experience in tissue banking, laboratory science or related industry or no experience required with preferred education
Pay Transparency Statement
$20.36-$33.94 / hourly
The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
