Literacy Teacher Coach

Qualifications:
NJ Reading Specialist Certification
Deep knowledge of reading development
Ability to model explicit, systematic, and scaffolded literacy instruction across all grade levels (grades K-5)
Effective facilitation of professional learning (PLCs, workshops, job-embedded coaching)
Supporting teachers in integrating technology to enhance literacy instruction
Applying culturally responsive teaching practices in literacy
Leading schoolwide literacy initiatives and goal setting
Extra duties as assigned by the building Principal and ELA Curriculum Supervisor
Salary: $66,718 - $127,480 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications
