The LOS Administrator is a technical expert with a deep understanding of computer systems, databases and network operations. This position is responsible for managing our loan origination system and ensuring that all processes run smoothly, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing support to users, and managing system configuration. Additionally, this role being a part of the Risk Management group, Special projects and other duties would also be assigned on an as needed basis. You will also be responsible for reporting duties, including daily and monthly reporting management and other regular duties. This role involves a high volume of “as needed” analysis to address the needs of each department as well as senior management. This position reports to the Lead Originations Systems Administrator and works in congruence with all of ANF’s business units. Additionally, this position requires excellent written and verbal communications skill as well as a strong technical background with the ability to problem solve. The LOS Administrator demonstrates the ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment while building strong business relationships with internal and external business partners. Summary of Responsibilities:

Loan Originations Systems Administration

  • Maintain the loan origination system and ensure optimal performance
  • Monitor system activity and make recommendations for improvements
  • Manage system integrations and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
  • Provide user support and training as needed
  • Manage system configuration and design changes
  • Develop and maintain system documentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal system performance
  • Remain up to date on loan origination system trends and best practices.
  • Ensure user access to system and data
  • Monitor system access and security
  • Manage user accounts and permissions
  • Ability to work with and manage third party vendors

Risk Management Analytics

  • Foster positive working relationships with peers and stakeholders throughout the organization; champion a culture of risk mitigation and disciplined practices
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of core business unit functions, systems, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
  • Support projects, data collection and analysis, with summarization of findings and clear communication with superiors

Essential Knowledge Skills and Licenses:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in loan origination system administration
  • Consumer loan portfolio risk management experience preferred
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
  • Proficiency in software applications such as SQL, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, R Studio, SAS
  • Experience in financial analysis, data mining and statistics​ preferred
  • Ability to think strategically, use sound judgement, and balance short and long- term organizational initiatives
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage conflicting timelines
  • Comfortable with appropriate challenge and escalation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across multiple business units
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Detail-oriented, deadline driven, self-motivated, and organized individual
  • Candidate must have strong attention to detail
