The Logistics Intelligence Curriculum Research Analyst assists with the development of authoritative doctrine/tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP); courseware; standard operating procedures; and instructor materials. This position maintains course material in relation to version control, routes material for review/approval, publishes material to the right learning platform(s), and assists with the design and development of intelligence related logistics curriculum and courses.

The Logistics Intelligence Curriculum Research Analyst assists with the development of authoritative doctrine/tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP); courseware; standard operating procedures; and instructor materials. This position maintains course material in relation to version control, routes material for review/approval, publishes material to the right learning platform(s), and assists with the design and development of intelligence related logistics curriculum and courses.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain courseware in compliant formats so content can move cleanly between training systems.
- Capture experience data from simulators/virtual environments to inform readiness and improve instruction.
- Pull insights from after-action reviews and enterprise lessons learned, translate them into updates to curriculum/TTPs, and push those updates back into the learning ecosystem with traceability.
- Maintain linkages so instructors can cite the source lesson and rationale for changes.
- Support the management of the full lifecycle of a course, from initial analysis to final evaluation and record-keeping and participate in Course Content Review Boards (CCRB) to ensure the effectiveness of instructional programs.
- Coordinates with MCLOG on education requirements, ensuring courses align with policies.
- Attend conferences and meetings at both the resident site and other locations off-site.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Former officer or SNCO who has served in an intelligence role at the MAGTF level with experience developing or updating instructional materials and delivering training to adult learners in a military setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of military doctrine, tactics, and command relationships, as measured by actual operational force employment experience.
- Experience with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model and Systems Approach to Training and Education (SATE) to develop a variety of instructional materials, including instructor guides, student outlines, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Completion of a military level career school preferred, officer or SNCO.

- Well versed in formal school design and administration.
- Must be able to collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of course content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills in support of rapidly changing scheduling and staffing.
- Required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and maintain focus.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Qualification as an authorized company driver is required. All authorized company drivers must have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that is acceptable to the company’s auto insurance provider.
- A NATO Secret Clearance is required for this position.
