This position is responsible for mail deliveries, operation of the mail machine, transportation for passengers to airport, and maintenance of company vehicles as well as other mailroom tasks.

What you'll do as a Mail and Supply Coordinator:
  • Operate mail machine.
  • Deliver mail when needed: UPS, FedEx, and DHL systems.
  • Transport passengers to and from airports.
  • Set up meeting rooms.
  • Pick up supplies from stores and make deliveries.
  • Maintain company cars, gas, cleaning, etc.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Mail and Supply Coordinator:
  • Have High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to work 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
  • Ability to stack 50 lb. boxes of paper and occasionally lift more when moving equipment and furniture.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strength / Lifting requirements: 75 lbs.
  • Customer friendly attitude.
  • Proper phone etiquette.
  • Some typing and computer skills needed.
  • Ability to drive and operate a forklift.
  • Ability to place orders for supplies, and communicate through customer service skills.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
