
Manager, Corporate Risk - Issue Management

The Role
The Enterprise/Corporate Risk team is seeking a Manager to support Fidelity’s Issue Management Program, including issue monitoring and management, preparing Executive-level reporting, development and implementation of risk analytics, and supporting various initiatives related to the Issue Management Program and Enterprise Risk Management Program.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
The candidate should have a bachelor’s or an advanced degree with more than five years of work experience. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving, writing, and analytical skills. This role requires superior attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Additionally, the candidate should have the following:
Ability to take initiative
Desire to remain continually aware of the changing risk landscape and adapt and improve preventive and prescriptive analytics accordingly
Ability to create presentations and reporting for executives
Archer, Tableau, and/or Alteryx experience is a plus
Experience working collaboratively across an organization
Ability to simultaneously identify, prioritize, and address multiple issues and quickly respond to shifts in priorities
Risk, Compliance, and/or Reporting experience is a plus
Ability to draft summaries for executive level communication
The Team
The Issues Management program team, under Enterprise Risk, assists with ensuring that there are prompt identification, escalation, and remediation of issues across all of Fidelity. The team reviews issues to ensure they are reported accurately and provide executive level summaries to senior leaders of issues when applicable. The Issue Management Program works collaboratively across business units to ensure that issues are identified and escalated according to policy. The team also produces executive and committee level reporting and presentations for the Heads of Risk.
