How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Product Ownership and analysis of Card Servicing (Global Servicing) impacts for Enterprise Critical Multi Year Initiatives (ECMIs) - Intuitive Servicing Portal (ISP) program.
  • Actively participate in all required cadence based SAFe agile ceremonies like Daily stand ups, Sprint planning, Feature Refinement, solution refinement, Program Increment planning (PI planning), Show and Tell, retrospectives, etc. to lead engineering scrum teams for product feature development.
  • Project analysis for Intuitive Servicing Portal including new market discovery and market deployment roadmap, including planning and coordinating day-to-day activities.
  • Work with key stakeholders across business, operations, Credit Fraud Risk, Strategy and enterprise team to assist the product management team in creation of product roadmap, customer journeys and product vision.
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members.
  • Ability to effectively manage projects, develop project plans, track project status and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop Spreadsheets, Power Point Presentations and Process Maps to document requirements for engineering team.
  • Build and maintain relationship with all key stakeholders within and outside the program to ensure smooth delivery of results.
  • Coordination of internal and external resources to maximize project and program success.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and use them to Manage projects and to effectively communicate with Key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple business and technology workstreams, as well as the strong organizational skills necessary to do so
  • Proven track record of positively collaborating with and influencing partners in a matrixed environment to achieve outcomes without direct responsibility

Minimum Qualifications and Job Role

  • Bachelor's Degree and above with at least 8 - 10 years’ experience in a Product Management or Analyst role writing stories, acceptance criteria, requirement gathering & developing end to end flow.
  • Experience / Understanding / Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Project Management or Agile Software Development Methodology will be a plus
  • Motivated self-starter and keen learner
  • Must have understanding Card / Card Member Servicing processes
  • Hands on experience in servicing platforms and Rally tool experience is plus.
  • Execute Product roadmaps and work hand in glove with end users and other teams to understand the business requirement and expected outcomes.
  • Responsible for performing sanity testing for the newly developed components.
  • Collaborates closely with developers, operations teams and other key stakeholders to refine features and break down features into user stories, define acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritises the scrum team's backlog in collaboration with the impacted teams, working to remove impediments.
  • Requires strong organisational, technical, and creative problem-solving skills. Must work well in a dynamic, complex environment and under deadline pressures.
  • Participates in Agile ceremonies and ensures the scrum team has everything they need to deliver.
  • Identifies opportunities to make our platform more valuable to our stakeholders through streamlining & release of new capabilities.
  • Develops deep understanding of the problems our stakeholders are trying to solve and the challenges the status quo to ensure only the best for product is part of roadmap.
  • Adept to technical flows and the basic understanding of applications function operationally & technically.
  • Passionate about new products and latest technologies to conceptualise and deliver on automation initiatives.
  • Build and Leverage products that support the card member servicing domain business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, technology and other product teams to understand the business needs and create roadmap for building the right controls and enhancing the tools.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively communicate complex ideas and information across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Candidate must work in Hybrid mode (minimum 3 days to office).
  • Shift timings : 9am-6pm - US Eastern time zone (flexible to shifts is must to support teams across geographies)

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
