You will be responsible for:
- Defining and evolving the product vision, strategy, and goals for US Commercial Application Experiences
- Developing and maintaining outcome-driven product roadmaps that align to business priorities and customer needs
- Owning the end-to-end product discovery process, including forming hypotheses, defining objectives and key results (OKRs), evaluating tradeoffs, and validating solutions
- Building strong partnerships with stakeholders across Marketing, Program Management, Technology, UX, Analytics, and Risk
- Creating, prioritizing, and managing a product backlog that maximizes customer and business value
- Leading delivery across the product lifecycle, including sprint planning, release planning, and execution through the software development lifecycle
- Monitoring product performance and customer behavior, using data and insights to continuously refine priorities and improve outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to reduce customer friction, increase automation and approval rates, and drive incremental revenue through product enhancements
- Improving efficiency, scalability, and time-to-market by leveraging and enhancing global platform capabilities
- Contributing to continuous improvement of product management processes, ways of working, and team effectiveness
We are looking for:
- A strong product mindset with demonstrated ability to think end-to-end and advocate for users and customers
- An independent and strategic thinker who can connect long-term vision with near-term execution and measurable outcomes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and solve complex problems
- Proven Product Management experience in an Agile environment, working closely with scrum and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts, influence stakeholders, and align teams around shared goals
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
- A balanced blend of technical understanding and business acumen
- Curious, driven, and resilient problem solver who challenges the status quo and thrives in ambiguity
- Experience working in a regulated environment, with knowledge of compliance, controls, data governance, and integrity processes, is a plus
