Job Title: Manager, Dynamic Working

The Role

You will leverage your analytics expertise and tech savvy mindset to support our strategic planning initiatives. The Dynamic Working team is focused on creating a sense of community while optimizing the space within Fidelity’s real estate portfolio. You will be responsible for collaborating with our CST partners on our technology initiatives including the Optimizer roadmap and partnering with business partners on their projects / requirements. You will also be involved in space demand forecasting efforts, including analyzing workforce plans, site capacity, and occupancy trends to establish accurate forecasts that inform both short- and long-term planning across the Workforce Planning (WFP) and Real Estate (RE) organizations. You will collaborate closely with the WFP and RE teams, synthesizing data and insights to provide actionable recommendations that support space optimization and improve alignment with business requirements.

The Expertise And Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, strategy and planning, or related field

  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop forecasting models, improve processes, and inform enterprise strategies

  • In-depth understanding of workforce planning and real estate strategies

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Data-driven approach to surfacing insights, framing problem statements, and building complete and cohesive presentations

  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with working knowledge of PowerBI, and Snowflake

  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and meeting project deadlines

  • Develop compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables to communicate occupancy strategies, insights, and recommendations to leaders across the organization

  • Lead the ongoing management of documenting and managing our technology stack

  • Conduct regular updates to space assignments every 6 months, ensuring alignment with business requirements

  • Partner across the organization to improve data quality

  • Foster a collaborative approach to drive effective delivery of occupancy analytics

  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with outstanding work quality

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with a proven track record of turning data into actionable insights to support executive decision-making

  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment balancing multiple demands and thriving in a project-based, reciprocal team environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
