he U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

The Inbound Digital Customer Growth team is part of USCM and is responsible for deepening our essential Card Member relationships through compelling and innovative digital marketing that accelerates demand for “proven treatments” and drives response across our site (MYCA + Customer SHOP).The Customer SHOP team manages a prime piece of digital real estate, and the channel is on a transformation journey – from a Card-centric shop to a highly personalized and holistic digital storefront that is powered by data.

This Manager will lead a team of two B30 Analysts focused on running our SHOP and responsible for all things creative/copy, offer strategy, user experience, journey optimization, and forecasting (to name a few!).They will also support enterprise-wide product moments (launches, refreshes, LTOs) for the channel.This role requires a tremendous about of cross-functional partnership and collaboration, comfort operating in a fast paced ever evolving space, and the ability to think strategically and problem solve.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 2 high performing B30 Analysts
  • Own the digital marketing strategy across Customer SHOP – focusing in on channel placements inclusive of cross-sell, upgrade, and standalone supp Marketing.
  • Manage a robust marketing calendar across 14 Card products, including creative development for new product launches, refreshes, LTOs, and site enhancements
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of key entry points to Customer Shop (Homepage and MYCA placements)
  • Partner with Analytics to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and optimize accordingly
  • Oversee the monthly channel forecasting process and seek opportunities to improve forecasting tools & methodology
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth through marketing content strategy

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience preferred
  • Strong desire to grow as a people leader and effectively manage, motivate and develop talent
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to synthesize data to understand performance drivers and extract relevant insights
  • Self-starter who can thrive & develop structure in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
  • Strong judgement regarding prioritizing work and keeping team focused on measurable outcomes
  • Exceptionally collaborative with experience operating on large cross-functional teams with partners across the enterprise
  • Strategic mindset combined with creative/innovative thinking and ability to problem-solve

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
