
Manager, Integrated Digital Marketing

The Role
We are seeking a Manager of Integrated Digital Marketing who will build smart campaign strategies within a team that partners closely with digital channel, product, segment, and thought leadership marketing associates, as well as business experts.
You’ll have the exciting opportunity to promote content and messages in a connected way, drive prospect and client engagement with our website, and generate marketing qualified leads through digital campaigns targeting wealth management firms, financial advisors, and institutional investor audiences.
In this role you’ll blend your business and digital marketing expertise with a passion for raising our thought leadership brand voice in the market, optimizing performance, and amplifying content that helps financial professionals run their practice, stay up-to-speed on market trends, and apply the latest tools, insights, and solutions from Fidelity.
Your responsibilities include:
- Contribute to strategic awareness and demand generation campaigns
- Leverage campaign objectives, KPIs, and engagement plans to make tactical recommendations
- Advocate for best practices, content standards and agile processes
- Partner effectively with digital marketing, creative, and agency partners
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, compliance, and leadership
- Serve as point person for lead management logistics and enhancements ensuring marketing leads get to Sales in a timely and appropriate manner
- Ensure internal, public, and client-facing materials are in-compliance
- Maintain an open and collaborative test and learn approach across marketing channels
- Optimize content, tactics, and campaign mix to improve business outcomes
- Help execute creative, messaging, and call to action testing across marketing channels
- Partner with key digital marketing channel owners (email, social, search, web, comms) to build integrated plans and co-develop best practices based on learnings
- Deliver marketing qualified leads to sales
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, advanced degree a plus.
- 3+ years of experience working in financial services or related technology industry in a campaign strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing role
- Knowledgeable in marketing campaigns, paid media, lead generation and marketing automation
- Outstanding project management, communications skills, and presentation skills
- A strong understanding of digital marketing and content marketing best practices
- Ability to effectively collaborate across the Marketing/Creative team and with business partners
- Experience in marketing testing, measurement, report analysis and optimization
- Ability to run multiple projects, identify risks and opportunities
- Willing to take action to drive initiatives forward, challenge conventional thinking foster compelling dialogue and collaboration
- Strong sense of urgency, integrity, purpose, and accountability of owning successes and failures
- Exceptional organizational skills, consistently setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing or re-prioritizing, and using outstanding judgement in engaging senior resources

The Team
We are a passionate team of digital engagement and marketing technology professionals! We work closely with the segment and product marketing, sales, analytics, CRM, and technology development teams to drive brand awareness, digital engagement, differentiated digital experiences and quality leads for our relationship management and sales teams.
The base salary range for this position is $74,000-$117,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
