The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Over 5 years of proven experience in project management, operations, grants management, or process improvement.
Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to complete projects while finding opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience collaborating with clients or functioning within a client-facing group.
Ability to synthesize client objectives and develop efficient plans to meet their goals.
Experience conducting research and understanding the nonprofit sector.
A B.A. or B.S. degree.
Interest or exposure to philanthropy, charitable giving, and grantmaking.
Capability to lead select internal business processes of the Philanthropic Consulting team, such as invoicing, reporting, and reconciliation.
The Team
Fidelity Philanthropic Consulting is a specialized division within Fidelity Investments. Our team brings a wealth of experience in assisting companies, individuals, and charitable organizations. We collaborate directly with clients and coordinate with other advisors, including tax, legal, and financial professionals. A growing area of our business is serving as an outsourced grants manager to institutional clients and companies. We act as an extension of our clients’ teams, informing their processes, liaising with their grantees, and helping them achieve greater impact.

Program/Project ManagementMost roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
