The U.S. Consumer and Digital Technology (USCDT) Team brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, grounded in our data technology model that prioritizes data governance. Responsibilities:
- Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master for multiple teams to deliver solutions in support of key product and engineering initiatives.
- Provide cross-functional coordination with Engineering and Product Management and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
- Work closely with software engineers, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the SDLC (build, test, and release on time).
- Manage project schedules, identify possible risks/issues, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.
- Data driven / logical in implementing. Excited by going deeper vs broader. Not shying away from contributes technical discussions.
- Maintaining release and dependency plans across Engineering teams and external partners
- Actively identifying, managing, and raising risks, issues, and changes tied to product development initiatives.
- Conducting Planning sessions and Scrum ceremonies, with a focus on continuously learning from the past
Leadership:
- Finding opportunities to embrace innovative technologies and processes
- Comes from a technical delivery background with a good understanding of software engineering and technologies.
- Organized, diligent, proactive, and passionate about delivery
- Excellent in Agile, Scrum development teams delivering fast paced environment.
- Experience understanding technology solutions at an enterprise-level
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with third parties, development, and product managers
- Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity, advocating for simplification, influencing teams and being able to build your own path to navigate to solutions
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of agile experience as a scrum master managing scrum teams for medium to large software development projects
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/SSM/PMI) Certification.
- Agile experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum Teams for software development projects.
- Experience working cross functionally with Engineering, Product Management, and other functions involved in Project Delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with leadership, technical and non-technical groups.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills.
- JIRA expertise: Sprint Reporting, Road mapping, Dependency management
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
- SaaS Technical Delivery
- Passionate about building technical solutions
Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
