Manager, Transformation and Automation

Team: Fraud Risk and Control – Global Fraud Detection and Operations (GFDO)

The Role:
As Manager, Transformation and Automation, you will support the execution of strategic initiatives that drive operational improvements across the fraud organization. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing projects, identifying process gaps, and communicating progress through clear, compelling visuals.

You’ll work closely with leadership to organize workstreams, track milestones, and create materials that highlight both needs and successes. Your ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex efforts will be key to your impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support transformation projects from planning through execution.
  • Identify operational gaps and propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create executive-ready presentations, charts, and dashboards to communicate progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on goals and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, project management, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Miro, Vizio, Jira etc.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience in fraud operations or financial services is a plus.
  • Background in training content development is a bonus.
  • Willingness to do some travel if needed.
