This Manager/Analyst, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights role will be responsible for delivering impactful and insightful analysis to measure and evaluate the performance of the business. This role is highly analytical and requires an individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced and highly complex organization, analyzing and tying together disparate data sources into a cohesive story. The role is responsible for daily strategic customer insights, informing business strategy to optimize our customers’ experiences. The ability to partner and collaborate with product owners, senior leaders, finance, and other working teams is a necessity.

The Team

We’re seeking an analytics professional who brings creativity, curiosity, and collaboration to the table, someone eager to lead data-driven initiatives grounded in strong hypotheses and business relevance. This role requires more than reporting outcomes; we’re looking for a thinker who relentlessly pursues the why behind the data to uncover root causes and drive meaningful impact. As part of CKSI (Customer Knowledge & Strategic Insights), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across both product domains and core business operations. This role offers broad exposure to a range of business leaders and initiatives, giving you the opportunity to connect insights across different parts of the organization to drive meaningful impact.

This is an individual contributor role.

The Expertise and The Skills You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience generating insights to drive business actions, including experience in fast-paced quantitative fields such as analytics, finance, marketing measurement, or consulting

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Data or Business Analytics, Statistics, or Marketing. MBA or MS degree a plus

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to analyze complex issues, synthesize key points and effectively communicate findings

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with product and business partners at varying levels of the organization

  • Support the use of data to create narratives about customer experiences, identifying both successes and areas for improvement to guide future initiatives and strategies.

  • Assist in translating business needs or questions into hypotheses that can be tested through data analysis or experimentation.

  • Ability to manipulate and synthesize data from large and sometimes unwieldy data into a cohesive story that delivers insights to a broad audience in a simple, clear, and actionable way.

  • Natural intellectual curiosity, initiative, and love for learning new skills and capabilities.

  • Continuously improving data analytics and insights capabilities and spreading that knowledge and expertise throughout the organization

  • Ability to take initiative and seek creative solutions that challenge conventional approaches

  • Delivering data-driven and actionable insights to enable objective, informed business, and product decisions

  • Experience with a range of analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc. a plus

  • Experience in designing and developing dashboards & reports by using Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc. a plus

  • Experience using and querying big data technologies such as Snowflake, Athena, etc. a plus

  • Experience with digital analytics using tools such as Adobe analytics is a plus

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
