Pay Range

$32,300.00-$44,400.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Metal ManufacturingTrainee to join our dynamic team in a CNC, Welding, and Manual Machining shop. This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to develop their skills in metal manufacturing while prioritizing safety and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in regular safety training sessions and report any safety hazards immediately.
• Skills Development: Engage in hands-on training and mentorship programs to learn CNC operations, welding techniques, and manual machining processes. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and improve technical skills.
• Metal Manufacturing: Assist in the production of metal components by operating CNC machines, welding equipment, and manual machining tools. Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to produce high-quality parts.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards. Report any discrepancies or defects to the supervisor.
• Maintenance: Assist in the routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced machinists, welders, and other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.


Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of CNC, welding, and manual machining processes is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.


Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
