Manager, Loyalty Solutions Operations
The Loyalty Solutions team plays a critical role in designing and delivering solutions that drive client loyalty and deepen engagement across Brokerage, Wealth, and Workplace. The Manager of Loyalty Solutions will support the execution of in-market loyalty programs and experiences that incentivize client behaviors and outcomes. Reporting to the Vice President of Loyalty Solutions Program Operations, this role works with teams across Commercialization, Delivery, and Distribution to ensure operational excellence. A successful candidate brings a 'One Fidelity' mindset, thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail and leads with an execution-mindset.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
· BA/BS with relevant coursework in business, financial services, or marketing
· 1-2 years of experience in an operations or program management role, preferably within a financial services environment
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and client support practices is a plus
· Self-directed with project management skills, including gathering requirements, and maintaining clear communications with team members and partners
· Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and drives solutions to mitigate risks
· Passion for operational efficiency and continuous improvement, with a history of identifying and implementing process enhancements
· Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 – $75.00 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors

This role requires exceptional communication skills, cross-functional coordination, partnering closely with business leaders, financial consultants, and teams across Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Delivery. Together, you’ll support client-centric experiences that drive measurable results.
