Are you looking to put your marketing and communication skills to work where they truly make an impact? Fidelity Investments is seeking a Marketing Manager contractor to join our Stock Plan Services Marketing, Communications, and Insights team.

In this role, you’ll roll up your sleeves and work alongside seasoned marketers to deliver high?quality, timely marketing and communications support while helping shape client and participant?focused initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Support a variety of marketing and communications initiatives, including content creation and updates
• Coordinate with internal partners and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Contribute to cross?functional marketing and educational initiatives
• Create and update marketing and engagement materials across multiple channels

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing and/or communications
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Customer?focused, proactive, and solutions?oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast?paced, collaborative environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

The Stock Plan Services Marketing, Communications, and Insights team delivers meaningful insights that build awareness and engagement for Fidelity’s stock plan offerings. Our work helps clients run successful stock plan programs and supports participants in understanding their benefits.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $57.00 - $62.00 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
