JOB SUMMARY:
This role reports to the Marketing Programs Manager and provides cross-functional support between Marketing and Financial Wellness, helping plan, promote, and execute initiatives across multiple channels. An ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, with strong interpersonal skills, and able to navigate multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for financial education is strongly preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Monitor and manage internal and external marketing and Financial Wellness requests across multiple intake channels, including Monday.com, OnPoint website, and the Financial Wellness HUB.
- Review intake requests, identify appropriate stakeholders, assign tasks, and coordinate schedules to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate the asset review, approval, and archiving process to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and compliance requirements, tracking version control, and organized file structure.
- Maintain and update intake and project dashboards to monitor workload distribution, prioritize requests, and align timelines with team capacity and strategic priorities.
- Integrate into, support, and review Marketing and Financial Wellness projects.
- Utilize project management systems to maintain project timelines, workflows, and tracking tools to ensure visibility into priorities, deadlines, and resource allocation.
- Provide insight towards project optimization to ensure they are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, updates, reporting, and other project-related items as necessary.
- Support Financial Wellness programming by coordinating event logistics and creating, editing, reviewing promotional content across channels, and working events as required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop communications to increase engagement with OnPoint’s Financial Wellness initiatives.
- Support execution of the Financial Wellness Communication Plan in alignment with the Financial Wellness Strategic Plan as Financial Wellness continues to grow and scale alongside OnPoint CU.
- Support the Marketing Project Manager in delivering high-quality marketing campaigns and materials on time and on brand.
- Create and maintain marketing and sales materials for internal teams, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Manage production of print and digital promotional assets, coordinating with teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
- Prepare and organize campaign documentation, including creative briefs, presentations, and retrospective reports to support planning and evaluation efforts.
- Partner with other areas of marketing (e.g. events, social media, public relations, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated execution for campaigns and other marketing projects.
- Coordinated with internal stakeholders to gather marketing requests, clarify project requirements, and support the development and execution of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Assist in planning and supporting events, webinars, seminars, and other promotional activities.
- Additional projects, responsibilities, or other duties assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at project workflows and ability to provide insight towards project optimization
- Proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com preferred) and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player who models positive problem resolution and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and evolving environments.
- Ability to strategically develop and implement new ideas and objectives.
- Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
- General understanding of credit union services and industry trends.
- Ability to connect and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
MIN QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- 2 years of experience working in a marketing or financial education capacity.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds as required for events.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or related field preferred
- Experience in a bank or credit union or other financial institution preferred
- Project management or coordination experience preferred
