Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a Marketing, Product Director, Dermatology, working from our Friendswood, TX office location, with a start date on or before July 24, 2025.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Marketing, Product Director, Dermatology,
Responsible for developing the positioning, messaging, and marketing strategy for cutaneous melanoma tests. This includes leading the planning and execution of marketing activities, ensuring alignment with other departments for a coordinated approach. The role focuses heavily on understanding the dermatology and SCC markets, as well as the patient journey from diagnosis to treatment. Key tasks include creating messages that drive appropriate test use, working closely with the CM Core Team, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to build and carry out marketing plans. The role also involves reviewing performance data, gathering customer feedback, and adjusting strategies as needed. Partnering with physicians to identify needs and guide future product development is essential. Overall, this role will lead efforts in market development, branding, reimbursement, KOL engagement, product launches, and adapting sales and marketing plans to meet changing market conditions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of proven experience in product marketing/brand management or similar role in the healthcare industry; oncology and diagnostics industry a plus
- Experience in design and copywriting and the ability to write copy
- Experience in market analysis
- Understand healthcare marketing tactics appropriate for physicians and patients
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or another relevant area; science or clinical education a plus

SCHEDULE/TRAVEL
- Full-time, 40+ hours a week
- Up to 25% of travel required
