Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a Marketing, Product Director, Dermatology Pipeline, working from our Friendswood, TX office location, with a start date on or before July 31, 2025.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Marketing, Product Director, Dermatology Pipeline,
In this role, you will focus on understanding the dermatology market, especially atopic dermatitis, and the patient experience from diagnosis to treatment. You will develop clear messaging that connects with customers and encourages proper use of our tests. As the Marketing lead on the CM Core Team, you will work closely with Program Management and collaborate with internal teams and outside agencies to create and carry out marketing plans. You will analyze data to improve product demand, gather customer feedback, and adjust strategies as needed. Partnering with doctors, you'll learn about their and their patients' needs to help guide new product development. You will manage the overall marketing strategy for dermatology products, including market growth, reimbursement, advocacy, branding, product launches, and sales support. You'll also regularly review and update marketing and sales plans to keep up with changes in the market and competition.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of proven experience in product marketing/brand management or similar role in the healthcare industry; oncology and diagnostics industry a plus
- Experience in design and copywriting and the ability to write copy
- Experience in market analysis
- Understand healthcare marketing tactics appropriate for physicians and patients
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or another relevant area; science or clinical education a plus

SCHEDULE/TRAVEL
- Full-time, 40+ hours a week
- Up to 25% of travel required
