Shift
Usually days, M-F, 4-6 hours per week total, as needed. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
Job Summary
The Martin School of Public Policy and Administration is seeking a Marketing & Communications Assistant for the academic year of 2026-27 to serve the Martin School community.
Responsibilities include:
- Content Creation: Develop compelling written and visual content for various platforms including social media, newsletters, flyers, digital displays, and web using Canva and Adobe.
- Graphic Design: Create graphics, infographics, and promotional materials to complement marketing efforts that adhere to UK brand standards.
- Event Recaps: Write stories, cover events, take photos and videos.
- Maintenance: Distribute and remove flyers. Post and delete social media and digital displays.
The ideal candidate will be able to work from August 3, 2026 to May 10, 2026.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
An understanding of design principles and at least a year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Functional knowledge of photography. Strong writing skills.
