SUMMARY
National Sales Manager, Legal Talent is responsible for growing client revenue by conducting sales activity to large account clients. Must be hyper-responsive to client needs and provide excellent customer service by being responsive and communicative. The position focuses on sales within the Legal Talent division. The National Sales Manager, Legal Talent collaborates with the enterprise insurance team and regional account executives.
Essential Functions

- B2B direct in-person client meetings, telephone calls and email sales activities.
- Grow and maintain Large account business through networking, channel partners, prospecting events, and social media networking.
- Communicate with Legal Talent Solutions for the maintenance and growth of existing business.
- Attend Industry Conferences (as applicable).
- Identify client issues and opportunities.
- Drive sales activity, by conducting capability demonstrations to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and metrics.
- Leverage client referrals, associations and networking to maintain revenue.
- Update and Manage Salesforce CRM tool for all sales activities.
- Plan and organize time effectively to allow an optimal frequency of daily sales activities to meet the required metrics.
- Compile weekly sales reports and performance metrics as needed.
- Manage Individual Accounts with emphasis on maintenance, up-selling, cross-selling and referral generation.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with other members of the organization at all levels.
- Compliance with all company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Specific experience selling high volume professional staffing solutions
- Sales presentation experience required.
- Strong computer experience and time management skills are required.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems is required.
- Solid knowledge and experience with MS office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and web-based demonstration tools is required.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
- Six or more years of experience in a Senior sales role (preferred)
- Experience working in a multi-function, multi-geography environment preferred
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The National Sales Manager, Legal Talent has no supervisory responsibilities.
