If pre-trial motions are successful, it is vital for the attorney to have the experience to apply for judgment and to have the ability to apply for post judgment remedies such as bank levy and wage garnishment.&nbsp; Should pre-trial motions be unsuccessful it is imperative that the attorney be able to prepare for trial and apply necessary discovery tools and know how to introduce business records into evidence and apply the testimony of Custodians of business records.Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>The attorney must be admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and be thoroughly familiar with both state, local and federal rules and regulations with respect to collection of credit card debt</li><li>The attorney should have at least 2 years litigation and consumer debt experience</li><li>Experience in consumer collections is vital as well as a complete knowledge of every step of the legal process from the filing of the complaint in court through trial and post judgment remedies</li><li>The ability to work with administrative assistants is a vital component of this position</li><li>Proficiency with Word, Excel and Adobe is required</li><li>Ability to work in the Jenkintown, PA offices, 3 times per week</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>The ability to prioritize multiple cases at the same time and lead administrative assistants</li></ul>Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
