Position Overview
This position will be administrating construction and equipment warranty claims on new stores for the first year of operation including logging and tracking claims from cradle to grave.
Responsibilities
- Accept & review warranty claims from Managing Partners/Market Partners and initiate claims with general contractors and vendors on their behalf.
- Tracking and follow-up on the warranty claims, holding the parties responsible accountable for the repairs/replacements.
- Maintain the NSO warranty tracking tool (Smartsheet) with updates such as loading new store and equipment information.
- Assist with department administration tasks such as weekly site list emails and facility store assignments.
- May encounter company trade secrets, confidential information, and intangible assets.

Qualifications
- Operations experience within our brands a plus.
- Experience in commercial construction or facilities a plus.
- Word, Excel, and Outlook experience required.
- Smartsheet experience a plus.
- Detail oriented and organized individual needed.
