Job Summary
The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is Kentucky’s Center on Disability. HDI is seeking to fill a Nurse Coordinator. This position is through a contract and is within DBHDID/1915iRISE initiative.This Nurse Coordinator position will work as a Nurse Coordinator/UM-LOC (Utilization Management/Level of Care) and the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Daily review and follow up on level of care assessments.
- Coordinate and maintain assessment schedule.
- Teach additional provider and staff courses (e.g. CIR) as necessary and appropriate to qualifications and experience.
Regular work-related travel is a requirement of this position. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Further details will be discussed during the hiring process for the chosen applicants.
