Job Summary
The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is Kentucky’s Center on Disability.
HDI is seeking to fill a Nurse Coordinator. This position is through a contract and is within DBHDID/1915iRISE initiative.
This Nurse Coordinator position will work as a Nurse Coordinator/UM-LOC (Utilization Management/Level of Care) and the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Review and follow up of level of care assessments and person centered service plans.
- Provide technical assistance to providers as necessary and appropriate.
This position will work remotely and is open to applicants in all areas of Kentucky. Regular work-related travel throughout the state of Kentucky is a requirement of this position.
