Position Summary: Revere Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty to join our premier Orthopedics department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering comprehensive care for patients with degenerative joint conditions, utilizing advanced surgical techniques and evidence-based approaches to restore mobility and improve quality of life.

Essential Job Functions: Perform primary and revision total joint procedures, including hip and knee arthroplasty. Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with degenerative joint disease and related musculoskeletal conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physical therapists and primary care providers, to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes. Maintain a high standard of patient-centered care, aligning with Revere Health's commitment to value-based medicine and improved health outcomes. Participate in departmental meetings, peer reviews, and quality improvement initiatives. Engage with the local medical community to maintain and grow a strong patient referral network.

Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Successful completion of an Orthopedic Surgery Residency. Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty. Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Valid medical license to practice in the state of Utah (or eligibility to obtain one). Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care. Why Choose Revere Health?
