Part-Time Test Proctor/Office Assistant

Our Workforce Training Center is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable part-time Test Proctor/Office Assistant to deliver excellent service to students while upholding the highest standards of test security and integrity.

Your day will include proctoring tests with professionalism, enforcing security protocols, and giving students the clear, step-by-step guidance they need to succeed. You'll also support front-line operations, managing phones, emails, walk-ins, and assisting with registration and administrative tasks. Our ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, communicates with confidence and warmth, and can juggle data entry, customer service, and procedural compliance with ease.

This role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, comfort using online systems, and the ability to follow regulated testing procedures precisely. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience are required. Experience with standardized testing is a plus.

Please note: To maintain test integrity, proctors may not be permitted to take or be certified in some of the exams they administer or proctor.

Starting pay range: $16.63 - $19.12

Work Site Location: Workforce Training Center
Work Schedule: up tp 19.5 hrs per week
