Job Summary
Directs the planning, development and implementation of the Pipeline for the Advancement of The Healthcare Workforce (PATH) grant. Ensures grant goals and requirements are met, including recruitment, retention, and completion of students, timely submission of reports, and submittal of grant reports.

- Responsible for the implementation and attainment of approved grant application programming and activities, goals, objectives, and outcomes.
- Monitor performance and plan activities to ensure that grant is being implemented and established performance goals are being met.
- Develop an annual budget, ensuring that funds received are spent efficiently, effectively and in accordance with grant guidelines.
- In collaboration with the PATH institutional committee, identify and prioritize institutional needs that could potentially support PATH as defined by federal and state guidelines and in conjunction with the College strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reports related to PATH efforts and expenditures.
- Monitor grant activities to ensure compliance with fiscal, regulatory, programmatic, and funding agency requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely submissions of grant reports and required documents.
- Actively participate in the retention and recruitment of students and any other outreach to support grant goals.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and records for all participants, and activities, events, partnerships, meetings, and other programming elements.
- Perform all other duties as assigned including other related grants in connection to PATH grant.
- Regular attendance is expected.
- Utilize tact and courtesy to establish and maintain effective relationships with persons contacted in the course of work.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required.
- Three to five years of experience in education, community service, public relations and/or program coordinating.
- Must demonstrate experience with budget planning and management. Familiarity with federal and state grant guidelines. Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate a variety of data.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel, including, online research resources, and databases and spreadsheets.
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to travel to community locations.
- Master’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills that demonstrate an ability to produce information that is understandable to others. Strong organizational skills.
- Must possess the ability to effectively interact with various College and community members and have experience working with diverse community stakeholders.
