Position Overview

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This position is responsible for all aspects of processing payroll for the restaurant workers. A Payroll Associate must have good customer service skills to support the store managers with their payroll-related needs.

Responsibilities

  • Process a high volume of payroll for hourly store employees
  • Responsible for all aspects of the payroll processes for assigned markets and locations
  • Verify weekly payroll information and identify any variances
  • Manual adjustments to payroll data as needed
  • Comply with labor laws and TXRH guidelines
  • Print check/reports
  • Research issues with checks and cost
  • Auditing of tax setup and payroll data
  • Communicating payroll information to employees and managers with Legendary service

Qualifications

High School Graduate or GED equivalent

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience required

Word/Excel, Data Entry, Knowledge of Ultimate Software preferred

FPC or CPP Certification preferred
