Why This Role Rocks
Join our team as a Payroll Associate and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll for our restaurant employees. You’ll be the go-to resource for store managers, delivering legendary customer service while keeping everything compliant and running smoothly.

What’s On Your Plate

  • Process high-volume payroll for hourly store employees
  • Manage all payroll tasks for assigned markets and locations
  • Verify weekly payroll data and resolve variances
  • Make manual adjustments when needed
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines
  • Print checks and reports
  • Research and resolve payroll issues
  • Audit tax setups and payroll data
  • Communicate payroll information to employees and managers with legendary service


Your Recipe for Success

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and data entry; Ultimate Software experience a plus
  • FPC or CPP certification preferred
