Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of this position include: occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to and over 25lbs; occasionally standing or walking with objects up to 15lbs; sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time while performing repetitive motions (such as typing); standing for extended periods of time, sometimes greater than 5 hours per day; and traversing several miles across and on campus for meetings and work on a regular basis.



Shift

Monday – Friday; 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Some holidays and weekends per business needs.



Job Summary

The University of Kentucky Healthcare (UKHC) Enterprise Department of Pharmacy Services is seeking a Pharmacist Program Coordinator for the Office of Quality and Outcomes Research. This role will coordinate the development and dissemination of performance and quality improvement monitoring dashboards and activities for Pharmacy Services and the Enterprise; leverage analytics platforms and tools such as PowerBI/Tableau and Databricks to provide meaningful analysis to stakeholders; and serve as a project lead for data-driven software and program initiatives. Prior data analytics and project management experience preferred.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication as well as project management skills; pharmacy domain knowledge in multiple practice settings; and familiarity with pharmacy informatics or data analytics and related technologies.

Preferred Education/Experience

PGY1 and/or PGY2 Residency or Fellowship in Med Safety, Administration, Informatics or equivalent experience.
