This role designs and builds reports and dashboards using our business intelligence and CRM reporting tools (such as Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and Apsona), partnering directly with PAE stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and optimize visualizations for usability, performance, and aesthetics.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining reports and dashboards; conducting quality assurance testing; providing training and ongoing support to PAE users on reporting best practices; developing reports using Salesforce (RADAR), SQL, Excel, and other tools as our reporting environment evolves; performing data validation and documenting processes; and summarizing data variances and trends with clear recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, the ability to independently identify problems and synthesize data from multiple sources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a track record of successful cross-team collaboration. Experience building reports and dashboards in modern BI tools is expected, though specific platform experience can vary — we value strong fundamentals and adaptability over a fixed toolset. Comfort working in a CRM environment is required, and Salesforce experience is a plus.
