Job Summary

The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at the University of Kentucky is seeking a Sleep Physician to serve as the Medical Director of the Sleep Center at the University of Kentucky.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in and experience in sleep medicine, evidence of educational and/or research accomplishments within the field of sleep medicine, be board certified in Sleep Medicine and qualify at the Associate Professor level or above. Candidates will have protected time to serve as the medical director of the sleep center and will be expected to play a leadership role in the growth and development of the sleep center/program at the University of Kentucky as well as participate in the care of outpatients in the sleep clinic. Candidates will have the opportunity and are encouraged to be involved in the teaching of University of Kentucky medical students, residents, and fellows. There are also opportunities to participate in patient-oriented research in the areas of sleep disorders. Salaries and academic rank are commensurate with experience
