Plan Administration Manual Documentation Specialist
The Plan Administration Manual Documentation Specialist is responsible for the creation and maintenance of Plan Administration Manuals (PAMs) for Qualified and Non-Qualified Corporate and Tax-Exempt clients. This role ensures that documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with regulatory and client-specific requirements. Candidates for this role should demonstrate a passion for providing internal business partners with an outstanding experience and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
The Role
The PAM Documentation Specialist acts as the subject matter expert for the Plan Administration Manual. They work closely with internal business partners to ensure that Fidelity’s products and services are accurately reflected in the Plan Administration Manual.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate plan-specific information.

Ensure documentation complies with internal standards and practices.

Manage multiple documentation projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Support large and complex client requests with professionalism and attention to detail.

Maintain version control and organization of documentation using file management systems.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Strong understanding of defined contribution retirement plans.

Familiarity with products and services offered to defined contribution plans.

Knowledge of Fidelity’s defined contribution recordkeeping systems.

Knowledge of laws and regulations governing defined contribution plan administration.

Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.

Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
