We're looking for a Portfolio Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, finance, and execution-someone who can shape investment decisions, bring clarity to complexity, and ensure our most critical initiatives deliver real, measurable value.
In this role, you'll own a multi-year digital portfolio supporting our supply chain and enterprise technology landscape. You'll partner with senior leaders across business, IT, engineering, and finance to ensure the right work is funded, sequenced, and delivered-balancing innovation, modernization, growth, and run-the-business priorities.
This is not a traditional PMO role. This is enterprise portfolio leadership.
This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do
- Translate enterprise and supply chain strategy into a cohesive, multi-year portfolio of initiatives, platforms, and capabilities
- Partner with VP-level leaders to define strategic themes, "North Star" outcomes, and OKRs tied to business value.
- Lead portfolio planning, sequencing, and scenario modeling to optimize demand, capacity, funding, and throughput
- Drive data-driven investment decisions through portfolio governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews
- Partner closely with Finance on budget management, forecasting, capital vs. expense planning, and variance tracking.
- Provide end-to-end portfolio oversight-ensuring initiatives deliver on scope, timeline, budget, and outcomes
- Establish portfolio health metrics, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting across financial, operational, and customer dimensions
- Identify cross-team dependencies, systemic risks, and delivery bottlenecks-and proactively drive resolution
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, enabling clarity, confidence, and alignment in portfolio decisions
- Champion modern ways of working, including Lean Portfolio Management, Agile/product-centric delivery, and OKRs

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, program leadership, product management, strategy consulting, or enterprise PMO
- Proven experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in portfolio governance, financial planning, investment management, and value measurement
- Experience within supply chain domains (planning, S&OP/IBP, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment)
- Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management, Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), and OKRs
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to clearly convey insights to VP+ audiences
- Working knowledge of enterprise platforms (ERP/SAP, WMS, TMS, data and workflow systems)
- This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
