
Pricing Director
Position Summary
Support Commercial Strategy in providing insights, tools, and capabilities to guide daily prioritization and strategic decision making in pricing, discounting and revenue management. A successful candidate will partner with our sales team to provide understanding and direction to the pricing strategy and deliver incremental profit through the effective execution of that strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Review and optimize structures in VIP 2.0 structure analytics.
- Review to determine if the pricing strategy is supported by the distributor pricing structures
- Review and report on accuracy of the planned pricing structures
- Review and report on volume impacts of pricing moves and analyze short and long term profit impacts.
- Identify opportunities to align profit goals with distributors through modification of discount levels and related costs
- Analyze competitive pricing to determine changes needed to keep shelf pricing aligned with strategy
- Analyze month to month actuals to identify risks and opportunities against the planned discount spend and suggest remedies where appropriate.

Key Relationships

Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
- 7 years of experience in the related area or Spirits Industry
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Management, Excel and Word
- Ability to work with syndicated data for storytelling
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
The salary range for this role is a base salary of $139,400 – $185,500 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, and medical and wellness benefits. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience and skill set against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
