Job Description:
The Role
The Digital Solutions chapter helps create world class digital experiences at scale. Our chapter members humanize products, services, and experiences by:
Integrating deep research & industry awareness
Impacting product strategy
Driving implementation across all client and associate touchpoints.
You will be embedded on a squad where you will provide business analysis and expertise to support the creation of digital experiences for our Wealth & Brokerage clients and associates. You will play a role in all phases of digital product management, including:
Discovering the right opportunities using data
Defining the requirements
Designing innovative solutions
Supporting client and field readiness
Measuring the business outcome
Business acceptance testing
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor's degree required in business, management, finance or technology related discipline.
8 + years of business and product analysis experience delivering customer or associate focused digital solutions of high value.
Discovering the right opportunities using data.
Defining the requirements.
Designing innovative solutions.
Supporting client and field readiness.
Measuring the business outcome.
Business acceptance testing.
Client-obsessed with a passion to solve challenges through a data driven approach.
Experience working in an agile team.
An affinity for technology and stay up to date on industry innovations.
Experience with APIs, data and Databases and writing requirements, data mining and testing for middle to back-end applications a plus.
Prior experience in a contact center environment highly desirable.

Our members share a set of core product management and analytical skills, as well as a set of differentiated skills which extend their ability to meet the needs of the squad to which they are aligned.
You will be aligned with our Unified Associate Profile (UAP) squad which provides internal associate facing representative data to all our wealth & brokerage associate applications ensuring a central, consistent and timely data to make our consuming applications & our associates lives easier.
