The Role
Join our Productivity Enablement Team, enabling software delivery teams through a suite of agile practice tools, analysis, and operational activities. You will provide premium support during the adoption and usage of these tools by collecting and understanding end user needs, solving issues, and helping ensure that the tools’ usage and data follows established Fidelity standards and taxonomy.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in a technology organization with Jira and Jira Align administration experience.
- Advanced skills in Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, JiraAlign, Jira XRay) within a Scrum team environment.
- Experience in tool administration, system analysis, and user support
- Proficiency in JQL, JXL, PowerBI, and Power Automate is strongly preferred.
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience in an Agile setting.
- A passion for creative problem-solving and the ability to balance design and delivery.
- A flexible approach to developing solutions, with a focus on client communication and feedback integration.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to lead change, and help drive acceptance.

The Team
The Productivity Enablement team is responsible for Agile Practice Tool management and operational assistance in Asset Management Technology. As members of the Strategy Enablement and Engagement area, we develop, apply, and enhance technology and business management methods to encourage alignment, transparency, and growth across different teams. Acting as the primary planning and strategy team, we assist more than 2000 technology associates worldwide, with our achievements rooted in teamwork and cooperation among different collaborators.
