The Role

The Digital Marketing Team, within Fidelity Institutional Business Enablement Technology (FIBET), is seeking a skillful, upbeat Systems Analyst. This role requires a self-starter who can champion collaboration and cultivate a close partnership with business and the development teams to help craft and implement solutions on both client and server-side technologies.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of Systems Analysis experience
  • Demonstrated expertise interviewing and extracting high quality business requirements from stakeholders using the Agile scrum methodology
  • Confidence in SQL skills
  • Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills, including strong judgement, issues management and problem analysis techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Financial services experience is a benefit

  • Facilitating requirements elicitation sessions with business partners and be the active driver in the backlog refinement process
  • Encouraging Agile methodologies
  • Communicating effectively to influence team members and external groups, including navigating the organization to effectively accomplish tasks
  • Passion to provide mentoring support on development standards to other analysts within the wider FIBET team
  • Desire to provide outstanding product support at all stages, including on-call support, when necessary
