Job Description:

The Role

As a Lead Systems Analyst Delivery Enablement, you will work closely with the Corporate Services Technology (CST) leadership and end users within CST and be an active part of a Fidelity community to drive adoption of all aspects of Portfolio Practices. This includes but is not limited to tools administration and configuration, facilitation of Product Area and Squad level training sessions, leading weekly Office Hours, setting data governance policies and reporting as required for data visualization. You will bring a global mind-set and have a high comfort level working with and orchestrating a distributed team and management set-up. A structured and organized approach together with data analytics and visualization skills will be key to success.

You are committed to learning, understanding, and solving end user issues. You are eager to learn new tools and become a subject matter expert. You are committed to establishing, recognizing, and maintaining the right patterns within the work taxonomy. You will collaborate with Product Area, Group Squad and Chapter Leaders along with Scrum Masters.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Hands on experience with administration of JIRA, JIRA Align

  • Familiarity with portfolio tools including Workforce Connect, Resource Allocation, Portfolio Central and others.

  • Intermediate level Excel skills required

  • Experience creating Smart Intake forms a plus

  • Data manipulation and visualization skills required. PowerBI skills a plus.

  • Experience performing data analysis using SQL is preferred; familiarity with Snowflake and TMDL preferred

  • Strong change management skills

  • Operate with a 'can-do' demeanor within a dynamic and frequently changing organization

  • Advanced facilitation skills to deliver focused knowledge transfer for Domain, Product Area and Squad leaders when needed

  • Superb interpersonal and leadership skills working with business partners and end users across the organization

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to cultivate support, lead change, and help drive acceptance across the organization

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently or as part of a team to deliver results

The Team

The team is looking for an energetic team member for the Portfolio Practices team in Corporate Services Technology. We have a passion for supporting our users to ensure successful Portfolio Management Practices through tool expertise, administration and process management. As part of Strategy and Planning, our team is critical to the rollout and adoption of Portfolio Practices and supports operational functions of the Domain including Quarterly Technology Reviews (QTR), Budgeting and Workforce Planning.
