Principal Product Delivery Analyst – Retail Crypto
We’re looking for motivated individuals with strong business and systems analysis skills to help deliver innovative digital capabilities for our retail crypto clients. As a Principal Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with the squad lead and key technical teams responsible for building digital capabilities on our mobile and Fidelity.com platforms. Together, you will identify and document requirements, ensuring seamless implementation of new digital solutions.
The Role:
- Leading end-to-end analysis and gathering, documenting, and validating functional and non-functional requirements for front-end and coordinated systems.
- Analyzing system interdependencies and mapping data flows, APIs, and integration points across platforms.
- Crafting detailed artifacts including specifications, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria while maintaining traceability between business objectives and technical implementation.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to clarify technical requirements and ensure alignment with architecture standards.
- Supporting solution development by partnering with architects and developers to validate feasibility, identify risks, and recommend alternatives.
- Conducting impact analysis to evaluate the downstream effects of changes on systems, processes, and client experience.
- Developing test scenarios, coordinating test execution, and validating system behavior against requirements.
- Operating within agile frameworks to facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and inspect/adapt sessions, ensuring delivery progress.
- Staying current on crypto and digital asset trends, translating industry insights into system capability recommendations.
Expertise and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of experience in business and systems analysis, preferably in complex, coordinated environments
- Strong knowledge of front-end client experiences and underlying technical components
- Familiarity with agile tools like Jira and tools for designing interfaces such as Figma and Miro
- Strong communication and collaborator management skills across business, IT, legal, risk, and compliance are necessary
- Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.
- Moderate expertise in analyzing end-to-end processes, utilizing tools and techniques for data presentation and analysis (ex. SQL, Postman/Insomnia/Bruno).
- Analytical mindset capable of assessing the magnitude and impact of work at a granular level, down to individual user stories.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to measure, collect, and leverage data effectively while balancing intuition.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the technical acumen to drive outcomes and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with flexibility and adaptability.
- Digital asset experience a plus

The Fidelity Digital Assets℠ Product Delivery drives the delivery and execution of multiple product areas and initiatives to increase business value and customer satisfaction. Product Delivery has a division called the Fidelity Crypto Product Area which is accountable for the ongoing management and integration of key capabilities within the Fidelity Crypto digital product experience.
