Job Title: Processing Specialist

The Role

As a Processing Specialist at Fidelity, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative operations of the FI Admin Team. You’ll be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing expense reports and invoices from employees and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate payments, compliance with company policies, and proper transaction recording in the accounting system. You’ll also provide backup support to other team members and serve as a central point in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high standards of accuracy will be essential to your success.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Concur accounting software
  • Experience with Ariba or similar invoice processing systems
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and work styles
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
