The Role

Are you passionate about making a difference? Join our dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to business enablement within our Customer Relationship Management Product Area. You will work within a squad partnering closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce enhancements used by our Investment Sales organization.

As a Product Analyst, you leverage your expertise in Product Management and Business Analysis to effectively drive business deliverables across the entire Product Development Life Cycle. Your passion for empathizing with customers, defining problem statements and opportunities, collaborating with diverse partners, generating innovative solutions, and bringing those solutions to life!

There are three primary principles of being a great Product Analyst:

  • Execution: This is where and how the work gets done
  • Business Readiness: How do you drive your product to launch and support after launch

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in business or a relevant technology leadership field is advantageous
  • 3+ years of experience in an Agile team, specializing in delivery, technology, and full lifecycle software development
  • Experience with Salesforce Admin/Business Analyst skills is a plus
  • Demonstrated expertise in facilitating requirements workshops: skillfully conducting journey and story mapping exercises, while precisely defining acceptance criteria
  • Exceptional analytical skills and technical understanding and use of APIs, relational databases, integrations, and DevOps.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale projects within a complex ecosystem, with the ability to develop a deep understanding of the domain
