In this role, you'll shape the vision and execution of our Digital Teammate Experience, driving value through modern platforms, seamless integrations, and user-centered design. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence how work gets done at enterprise scale.
This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Digital Teammate Hub and GEP platforms.
- Partner with engineering and UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive, high-value experiences.
- Translate teammate and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Drive delivery of SaaS-based solutions, integrations, and vendor-supported capabilities.
- Balance innovation, usability, scalability, and operational stability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Strong product management experience in enterprise or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to lead products with complex integrations and multiple stakeholders.
- Comfort working with engineering, UX/UI, and external vendors.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for user experience and continuous improvement.
- Clear communicator who can align vision, priorities, and outcomes.
- This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with SaaS platforms.
- Experience delivering digital products in large, matrixed organizations.
