POSITION TITLE: Production Coordinator PAY RATE: $22/hr

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Lexitas is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Production Coordinator to support our fast-paced court reporting production team. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless flow of information, files, and job materials between reporters, proofreaders, transcribers, and internal team members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and review incoming reporter jobs; assign appropriate resources based on job requirements.
  • Manage accurate and timely file-sharing of all job materials, including transcripts and audio files.
  • Maintain and update the Production Schedule to reflect all work in progress.
  • Prepare and organize supporting paperwork when not provided by contractors or affiliates.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for proofreaders and transcribers, addressing workflow questions and issues.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager and office staff to meet tight deadlines and resolve challenges quickly.
  • Support fellow Production Specialists as needed to ensure successful job completion.
  • Correct job errors as identified by Production Specialists or the Production Manager.
  • Notify the Production Manager promptly when productivity expectations or company goals may be at risk.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, detail-intensive environment.
  • Experience resolving operational challenges in partnership with management teams.
  • Team-oriented approach with a commitment to operational excellence.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis role is not a supervisor position but has the potential to grow into a supervisory role.
