Job Summary

The primary focus of the position is to provide program support, coordinate special events and travel, and assist the Director of the Office of Lifelong Learning in maintaining and improving program functions and increasing membership and revenue. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining databases; reviewing and analyzing program evaluations/reports; developing and hosting training sessions; and assisting members with registration and program inquiries as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong planning skills, patience, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and a proven focus on customer service.
