Job Summary
This position would be housed within the Kentucky Injury Prevention Center at the
University of Kentucky and serves as the primary point of contact between KDPH and KIPRC for
OD2A-KY, facilitating streamlined and strengthened communication and collaboration in support
of KIPRC’s role as KDPH’s bona fide agent as it relates to surveillance and prevention strategies
on OD2A-KY. The position will be hybrid, in the DPH offices in Frankfort one day a week and at KIPRC in Lexington 1-2 days a week.

MA in Public Health, Communications or a related field + 4 years of experience in public health, community based health care program, social work, or population health
